The owner of personal data has the right to object to their data being used for the purposes listed in section B above. To exercise this right, the owner must follow the procedure established in Section IV of this Privacy Notice within 5 business days from the date this Privacy Notice was made available. Otherwise, it will be understood that the owner consents to the use of their data for all the purposes listed above. This is without prejudice to what is established in Article 26 of the Law and other applicable provisions.
Refusal to use your personal data for Secondary Purposes will not be a reason for us to deny you our services.
4. OPTIONS OR MEANS OFFERED BY THE CONTROLLER TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, the owner must send an email to the Privacy Office at: correo@dominio.com, requesting the limitation of use or disclosure, where you may also request to be included in internal exclusion lists to avoid promotional and marketing contact.
You may also register with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (REPEP), at: http://repep.profeco.gob.mx/.
However, if the owner limits the use the controller can make of their personal data, they may not be informed of additional benefits related to our secondary purposes.
5. MEANS TO EXERCISE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION (“ARCO RIGHTS”)
In accordance with the Law, the owner of personal data has the right to Access the data held by the controller and details of its processing; to Rectify it if inaccurate or incomplete; to Cancel it in accordance with the Law; or to Oppose its processing for specific purposes.
The data owner or their legal representative may exercise these rights at our stores (credit department) or by email to: correo@dominio.com, indicating the exercise of ARCO rights.
Requirements include:

Official identification of the data owner.

Email address for response.

Clear description of the personal data subject to ARCO rights.

If exercised by a representative, provide ID and proof of representation.
If information is insufficient or incorrect, the controller may request additional information under Article 96 of the Regulation. The owner will have 10 business days to respond. The controller will reply within 20 business days from receipt of the request, extendable once for the same period. If accepted, it will be effective within 15 business days.
Responses will be delivered as simple copies or electronic documents (sent to the email indicated). The controller may deny ARCO rights in cases under Article 34 of the Law. The controller is not obliged to cancel data under Article 26 of the Law.

6. REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The data owner may revoke consent for processing their personal data at any time under Article 8 of the Law, by emailing the Privacy Office at: correo@dominio.com.
7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Transfers made by the controller will be in accordance with Article 37 of the Law and Article 68 of the Regulation.
8. USE OF COOKIES
We use cookies to improve our services and show advertising related to your browsing preferences and past visits. When revisiting the websites of the controller, cookies may allow us to personalize content according to your preferences.
Our websites do not use or store cookies to obtain personal identification data from the owner’s computer that was not originally provided as part of the cookie. Although most browsers accept cookies, the owner can configure their browser to not accept them. Disabling cookies may limit platform functionality.
9. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES/UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice may be modified and/or updated at any time by the controller to comply with legislative reforms, internal policies, or new requirements, with the updated version published on our website https://dunkin.mx/ being applicable at all times.
If the controller changes its identity, requires additional personal/financial data, modifies purposes for data collection, or changes conditions for data transfers, a new Privacy Notice will be provided through the email address given by the data owner or via the website.
